This fixes the issues introduced by the release of Firefox 3.0.2. Mozilla chose to remove the two-argument eval javascript function which was needed by this Firefox extension.
This version contains a workaround.

The previous version worked for versions of Firefox up to 3.0b4.
This version works for the Firefox 3.0 release version!

I improved the browser add-on to handle HTML objects that are created through javascript and that get immediately submitted.

This release uses new parameters to the GetBrowserToken call. These parameters were introduced in .NET3.5 to make it possible to verify the certificate chain.

This release has new code to handle the html objects of mime-type application/x-informationCard. This code was developed by Andrew Hodgkinson.
New is the HTTP header: X-Id-Selector with the value "CardSpace".
